About Me

Polly Thombley

Hello, I'm Polly Thombley!  I am a lifelong learner and have been helping others learn for most of my adult life.  When I found Instructional Design, I knew it would be a perfect fit to combine my love for education with my natural technical aptitude. Since then, I have designed and developed eLearning courses in several authoring tools, mostly in Articulate Storyline.  I strive to create learning solutions that are engaging for learners and will bridge the gaps in their skills so they perform better on their jobs and in their lives.  I have worked on projects for corporations, government, and non-profits.

I’m continually devoted to my own personal growth and development. A “leadership book junkie,” you will find a leadership book in my stack of reading every day. I also enjoy being a part of learning communities to develop professionally and personally.  I just recently completed a program with Applied Instructional Design Academy.

I am well connected to learning and development professionals through my volunteer leadership with the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the Association for Talent Development. That means I collaborate with leaders in the industry and keep up-to-date on the latest and greatest,  so I bring innovative solutions to all my learning design.

All this, I bring to the table to analyze your training needs and provide engaging solutions.  Are you ready to fill your staff's performance gaps? Let's talk.
